The wife of or company founder Friedel Bohnenkamp took over the management after the death of her husband and was, until 2008, a member of the Board of Directors and sole shareholder of our company. In 2008 she transferred part of her share to the "Friedel & Gisela Bohnenkamp-Foundation" and changed to become a member of the Supervisory Board. She was actively involved in corporate decisions until the very end.
Gisela Bohnenkamp has shaped our company with her personality and foresight and paved the way for successful development. For her, both the employees and the continued independent existence of the company were always at the centre of all considerations. We also express our respect for Gisela Bohnenkamp by continuing her life's work in her spirit
